Speakers

Dr Lorraine Hammond AM is the President of LDA and an Associate Professor at Edith Cowan University where she teaches units on high impact instruction, Learning Difficulties and the Science of Reading.  Lorraine provides professional learning and coaching for the Kimberley Schools Project in WA and Catalyst in the ACT.

Brooke Wardana is an experienced educator who leads high impact instruction in two Perth primary schools and currently supports teachers in WA and ACT to take up high impact literacy instruction.

Jared Bussell and Jordan O’Sullivan, directors of Scarecrow and Woodman, are experienced educators and administrators who also provide high quality professional development to schools on effective literacy and numeracy instruction.
